The PC version will support up to 4K resolution at 60FPS, while Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro players will be able to choose between 4K at 30FPS and 1080p at 60FPS modes. The base versions of these consoles will run the game at 1080p 30FPS. Meanwhile, on the Nintendo Switch, the remaster will perform at 1080p 30FPS when docked and 720p 30FPS when undocked.
This Hot Pursuit remaster's development is being handled by Stellar Entertainment, the same studio that was behind the Burnout Paradise remaster from 2018. Just like that release, not all platforms are getting the game on the same day.
